Functional features:
Integrated design of hardness tester and tablet computer. Equipped with the Windows 7 operating system, it has all the functions of a computer.
By using the built-in CCD image acquisition system, the tested indentation can be directly displayed on the tablet, with touch screen buttons and automatic testing of Vickers hardness values, completely solving the problem of measuring the diagonal length of indentation using a microscope in Vickers hardness testers.
Avoiding the stimulation and visual fatigue caused by the light source of the microscope to the eyes.
1. By combining an industrial tablet computer with a hardness tester, all parameters required for testing can be selected on the tablet computer, with clear and intuitive display and easy operation.
2. Equipped with a built-in CCD image acquisition system, the indentation display is clear and intuitive, and the hardness value can be read by simply touching the button.
3. Equipped with automatic turret, automatic recognition between the indenter and objective lens, and automatic measurement of Vickers and Knoop hardness values.
4. It has a hardness scale conversion function, which can be used to convert between different hardness scales.
5. Three sets of objective lenses are configured for users to choose from for measurement.
6. The system supports two languages: Chinese and English.
7. Equipped with USB interface, VGA interface and network port, the hardness value test results can be printed out through the USB interface and uploaded to the network for sharing through the network port.
8. Automatically record measurement data, generate hardness depth curves, and save them as WORD or EXCEL documents.
9. X-Y electric test bench, automatic focusing, instrument automatic measurement, realizes the automation of Vickers hardness testing.
Application scope:
Black metal, non-ferrous metal, IC sheet, surface coating, laminated metal; Glass, ceramics, agate, gemstones, thin plastics, etc; Hardness testing of depth and gradient of carbonization layer and quenching hardening layer.
